Im assuming this is the fear of not being good enough. I thought this person was successful in displaying the meaning of their image. The makeup brush adds visual appeal and makes the pictures fun to look at. One thing they could of done is maybe making the lipstick a more vibrant color.

I think this is the fear of being ugly. This is very effective with half of your face being half covered in makeup and the brush about to put more on the other half. It would be cool to see if the makeup half was more dramatic and extreme.
